However, when you love someone, it does not always follow that you can have him in your life. Only a few people can be contented watching at the sidelines while they love someone whom they cannot have. Loving someone may also mean that you have to let him go.
The choice of whether you need to get your ex back depends on whether you love him enough to commit to what you want. There should be no reasons for loving him and wanting him back. You want him back because you love him and that is the only way things work.
